On 26th December, 2004, the whole world was shaken by the destructive force of the Tsunami. People’s lives were turned upside down.
We were left speechless, shocked and stunned.
This helpless situation disturbed Sister Selvi and Mrs. Jill Hemmings. God, our loving father, moved our hearts and we responded to the still voice of Jesus, who will wipe out the tears of his children. These voices echoed continuously and I heard them in my whole being.
This gave birth to St Adrian's Reachout Centre. This centre aims to educate those who had their studies interrupted by the Tsunami disaster. We want to provide training so that in time the children will go back to society and help their people. The centre also aims to help and support widows and other deserving destitute people by providing them with training in tailoring, computer skills, craft work and Yoga.

Dear Sister Selvi,
What a wonderful project you and the Bede Griffiths Charitable Trust have created. I look forward to being there at the opening.
Namaste
Jim
